Main functions:

• Assigning unique RFID tags to material objects
• Recording and verifying identification information in the tag
• Indexing assets in the corporate accounting system database

Technical equipment:

• RFID marking operator workstation:
  • Personal computer
  • Connection to the enterprise local network or Wi-Fi
  • Access to corporate accounting database 
• RFID marking equipment: 
  • Handheld RFID data collection terminal
  • RFID printer (UHF or HF, depending on the tags used)
  • Stationary RFID reader (if mass identification is required)
  • Industrial marking tool (for attaching tags to metal, wood, concrete, etc.) 

Software and integration:

• RFID marking software (including the WebRozum, 1C, SAP, etc. accounting module)
• Templates for printing RFID tags with accounting parameters
• Interface for entering and editing object data

Types of marked objects:

• Rolling stock elements (cars, tanks, bogies, automatic couplers, etc.)
• Railway infrastructure (turnouts, signaling devices, rails)
• Inventory and equipment (tools, units, warehouse materials)
• Units and units subject to repair or replacement
